Stretch

This class is offered to students of all ages and is an excellent opportunity for dancers of any ability to improve their flexibility. During this class teachers help dancers understand how to stretch safety, guiding them through a warm up and stretch specific to improving dance skills.

Strength and Conditioning

The structure of our strength and conditioning class differs each week depending on its focus. By building strength in different muscle groups through specialised exercises, dancers will improve their muscle development and therefore better their skills, technique, performance and safety. This class is offered to all ages of all dance abilities and provides a nurturing and friendly environment to learn and improve.
