Aerial Hoop & Silks
Aerial Arts goal was to create a balanced training program to cover technical skill, strength, flexibility, safety and spatial orientation equally. Training these elements together within a progressive syllabus will create a well-rounded aerialist. The Aerial Arts syllabus starts in Primary level and continues through to Level 6, then into Pre-Professional 1, 2 and 3 with both Hoop & Silks.
It is required that Aerial is followed in parallel with an Acrobatic class or a Strength & Conditioning class.
